C.A.T.FOAM provides professional polyurethane concrete lifting and leveling services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties throughout Greater Houston and the Texas Gulf Coast. Using precision polyurethane foam injection, we lift, level, and stabilize settled concrete slabs, sidewalks, driveways, warehouse floors, and manufacturing facility floors with minimal disruption and little to no excavation.

The photos shown here highlight a manufacturing facility floor that was lifted and supported without requiring the facility to shut down production. Concrete Spillway Sealing & Water Control Support

C.A.T.FOAM used polyurethane multi-grout injection to seal defects within this large concrete spillway structure, helping reduce water loss and improve overall lake-level control. At approximately 272 feet wide, this spillway plays an important role in managing water movement and maintaining proper function for the surrounding lake system.

Our targeted injection process helps seal cracks, joints, voids, and water pathways within concrete drainage structures without the need for major demolition or full replacement.
